Am I charged anything to reserve?
No. Reserving is a commitment to pay when founding access opens. We write to you before any charge, and you can cancel.
Are the prices final?
They are founding prices and still provisional. If they change before access opens, we tell you before charging anything.
What is a contact looked after?
One of the most active contacts in your network: the ones Shiver reviews for you. Each plan's limit is on contacts looked after, not on contacts: keep as many as you like and the rest stay in your network.
What if I don't reserve?
The app stays free: your card, your wallet and the radar at events. Plans add the background work: your network kept current and your AI prepared before every meeting.
Does it work with my AI?
Yes, with Claude and ChatGPT, through the SpiderNet connector. Your AI only sees what you choose to share.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. You can download your network as CSV whenever you want.
